Bath attack coach Lee Blackett has signed a “long-term” deal to stay with the Premiership club.

The former Wasps head coach joined head of rugby Johann van Graan’s coaching team in May 2023 and has been part of a rapid transformation at the club in the past two seasons.

Bath are currently top of the Premiership table and have scored the most points of any club in the league.

“We have a group here that really trust each other and that is so important. Especially in the coaching team,” Blackett said in a statement.

“There is a real feeling that we are all in this together and we all want to win together as a group.

“I’m so pleased to renew with the club and I’m so excited to continue the journey.”
