Adam Brocklebank: Newcastle Red Bulls extend prop’s contract

Long-serving Newcastle Red Bulls prop Adam Brocklebank will remain with the Prem Rugby club for at least another season.

The club have activated an option to extend the 30-year-old’s deal until the summer of 2027.

In a decade at Kingston Park, Brocklebank has made 157 appearances for the club.

“Newcastle is the place I call home now, and I’m delighted to be extending my stay,” Brocklebank told the club website., external

“My family and I are settled, Newcastle Red Bulls are making real progress and I’m chasing 200 appearances for the club, so it was never a case of wanting to move.

“Everything around the club is exciting at the moment and I’m sure any player would want to be part of it, so I’m just looking forward to continuing that progress.”
