Two more arrests in Liam Woolford Rhydyfelin murder probe

Police have arrested two men on suspicion of murder after the pair were discharged from hospital.

It follows the death of Liam Woolford, 22, from Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf, after an incident on Poets Close, Rhydyfelin, in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

South Wales Police said the pair, a 23-year-old from Rhydyfelin and a 24-year-old from Porth, were arrested after previously being in hospital and were now in custody.

Two other men, a 30-year-old from Rhydyfelin and a 22-year-old man from Tonteg, remain in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murder while a woman, 20, from Penygraig, who was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent has been released on bail.
