Street was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash. Three other people were injured.
In a statement released through Sussex Police, her family said that she excelled in her chosen profession after training as a hairdresser in Chichester.
They described her as a “family girl” who was generous, caring and always thinking of others.
“Her loss is hard to bear but while tragic and incomprehensible, Amber impacted us all in profound ways, the legacy of which we will carry with us forever,” the family said.
“Amber loved her family more than anything and was always thinking of others.
“She had a sense of care and compassion for others that was unmatched.”
Her relatives said that her “wondrous spirit” had left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
