The families of two men who died in a crash on the A40 have paid tribute to them.

Aled Coleman, 23, from Scleddau in Pembrokeshire, and 18-year-old Aled Bowen were killed in a single-vehicle crash involving a silver Volkswagon Polo, between Haverfordwest and Fishguard at about 03:10 BST on Sunday.

Mr Coleman’s family described him as “caring, kind, fun-loving and someone who will be massively missed”, while Mr Bowen’s family said he would be remembered as “someone whose presence made the world brighter”.

Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for anyone with information about the crash to come forward.

Mr Bowen’s family added he was a “cherished son, devoted brother and uncle, and a source of love and strength to everyone fortunate enough to know him”.

The family said that while their “hearts are broken”, they’ll “hold tightly to the memories of his laughter and the countless ways he enriched our lives”.

“His kindness and spirit will live with us forever,” the statement added.

The family has also asked for privacy and understanding as they “navigate this immense loss”.
