Treigh Stewart: Hull FC scrap deal after domestic violence allegation

Hull FC have withdrawn their contract offer to full-back Treigh Stewart after being made aware he was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident in Australia.

The 23-year-old signed an 18-month deal with the Super League side last Thursday and had been scheduled to fly over to England this week.

However, the Black and Whites have now confirmed they will not be proceeding with the signing of the Brisbane Tigers player.

“The club takes a strong zero-tolerance policy on all forms of domestic violence,” Hull FC said in a statement., external
