Former Love Island contestant Tom Powell, from Port Talbot, had his breast tissue removed after using steriods and says using steriods is normalised in south Wales.
It follows calls from from a specialist in steroid abuse for regional centres of excellence to tackle what he said is becoming a growing public health concern.
Tom has warned anyone against considering taking them, he says he doesn’t think it’s worth it “whatsoever”.
