A motorcyclist has died after his bike collided with a Land Rover Defender on a major road in mid Wales.
The A470 between Rhayader and Llangurig, in Powys, was closed on Sunday evening following the crash involving a red Ducati motorcycle.
Police were called at about 16:40 BST and the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigating officers are appealing for information from anyone in the area at the time or with dashcam footage of the crash.
