Police are searching a property in Nuneaton after reports of a chemicals scare.
Officers from the Warwickshire force were called to Shakespeare Drive on Saturday after concerns were raised about a man having access to chemicals.
The force said it was working closely with experts to assess any potential risks.
A spokesperson confirmed a man had been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody.
The BBC has contacted the force to ask for further information.
