Video footage captured by Oklahoma’s Newcastle Emergency Management shows a police car hit by lightning during a storm in Newcastle, Oklahoma on Monday. A tornado watch had been issued by the National Weather Service for parts of central Oklahoma, including Newcastle.
“No one was hurt, but that could’ve been anyone” the Newcastle Emergency Management said in its Facebook post.
