Matt Frawley: Leeds and Huddersfield half-back announces retirement

Leeds Rhinos half-back Matt Frawley has announced his retirement from the game.

The Australian has spent the last three months on loan with Huddersfield Giants, external, for whom he had previously played in 2019.

The 30-year-old, who has played for two clubs in Australia’s NRL, moved to Leeds ahead of the 2024 season.

In total, he has played 63 games in Super League and scored 10 tries.
