BBCA man has been taken to hospital after a serious assault which took place in Inverness at the weekend.
Emergency services were called to Planefield Road near the town centre at around 09:25 on Saturday.
A 31-year-old man was taken to Raigmore Hospital where his condition was described as stable.
Police inquiries are ongoing and officers have urged anyone with information to get in touch.
