A man has appeared in court accused of murdering another man whose remains were found at Loch Lomond.
David McColl, 50, allegedly assaulted Graham Wright, 38, whose remains were discovered at Rubha Dubh, near Firkin Point, on 13 September.
He is also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
McColl, of Glasgow, also faces two further charges of breaching bail. He appeared at a private hearing on Monday at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Mr McColl made no plea, was committed for further examination and remanded in custody by Sheriff Joan Kerr.
He will appear in court again within the next eight days.
Another man, John Roarty, 54, appeared in the same court last Thursday also accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
He will appear in court again this week.
