Labour’s Keir Starmer pledges six steps to change Wales

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer pledged his six steps to change Wales on his visit to the country.

He said his party would take a card to “every single doorstep in Wales to make our case for a changed future”.

He added that it meant Wales and Westminster would be working together.

“That’s the way forward, that’s the choice.”
