Father and son accused of murdering man in Inverness

Police were called to Balloan Road in Inverness on Friday

A 38-year-old man has appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court charged with murder.

David Wallace is accused of repeatedly striking Arturs Juskins on the neck and body with a knife and murdering him in the city’s Balloan Road on Friday.

Mr Wallace’s 21-year-old son Lyall Wallace appeared on the same charge on Monday. Both men are from Inverness.

He made no plea, was committed for further examination and remanded in custody by Sheriff David Harvie.
