Cardiff Devils extended their unbeaten run in the Elite League to five games after a 6-4 victory away to Dundee Stars.
Reid Duke and Jake Elmer exchanged scores in the opening period, before a blitz of goals in the second.
Cole Sanford, Zach O’Brien and Joey Martin netted for Devils, while two further goals gave Elmer a hat-trick and kept the home side in touch.
Kohen Olischefski extended Devils’ lead before Martin added a second, with Philippe Sanche on target for Stars.
Devils return to the ice on Friday when they host Guildford Flames.
