American tries British Chinese takeaway for first time asking: ‘Where’s the flavour?’

In the order, Nicole’s order included a classic curry sauce, chicken fried rice and salt and pepper chips, however, she didn’t get the hype.

She said: “Was not expecting it to taste like that, where’s the flavor. Literally tastes of nothing, no hint of flavor, how is that possible?”

Despite, the chow mein tasting slightly better than she expected, Nicole only ranked the meal a measly four of out ten.

Meanwhile, others on X have spoken out about the trend with people having mixed reactions.
