Women’s Six Nations: Baby Ralphie has brought joy into Wales camp

Alisha and Jaz Joyce say their son has been embraced by Wales’ players and coaches and brought a sense of “joy and happiness” into camp.

The Wales flanker and wing welcomed Ralphie in November, with Alisha already set for a comeback in this year’s Women’s Six Nations, with Wales kicking off their campaign against Scotland on Saturday (16:40 BST) at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

The couple welcomed Scrum V’s Sarra Elgan into their home to discuss their IVF journey and how they balance training alongside motherhood.

Watch the Women’s Six Nations preview on BBC One Wales on Friday at 19:00 BST.
