Woman pleads guilty to causing death in crash

North Wales Police previously said the crash involved a dark grey Audi A3, a BMW 1 series, a Peugeot 208 and a Skoda Octavia.

A four-year-old boy was taken to Alder Hey children’s hospital, Liverpool while a woman was airlifted to hospital at Stoke-on-Trent but was later discharged.

Two other people were taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd, Bangor, with serious injuries.

Judge Nicola Saffman adjourned the case for sentencing and warned to defendant an immediate custodial sentence was “inevitable”.

Richard Dawson, defending, sought a report by the probation service.

A family tribute said Ms Morris was “a beautiful friend and everyone who knew her will miss her smile, warmth and sense of fun.”
