65-year-old Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of Iran’s last shah has been a prominent voice calling for protests to continue in the country.

Human rights groups say at least around 2,500 people have been killed in two weeks, as the authoritarian regime attempts to quash the demonstrations.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump has not ruled out military action against the country over its violent crackdown.
