Watch moment Nasen Saadi is arrested for Bournemouth beach murder

A criminology student has been jailed for a “senseless” murder and attempted murder after stabbing two women on a beach in Bournemouth.

Nasen Saadi, 21, has been jailed for life with a minimum of 39 years for killing Amie Gray and attacking Leanne Miles.

The friends, who were aged 34 and 38 and not known to Saadi, were attacked on Durley Chine Beach last May.

Police arrested Saadi at his home in Croydon a few days after the attack.
