A man and a woman have been taken to hospital after being hit by a horse on Benone Strand, in County Londonderry on Sunday.
Police received a report at about 10:45 (BST) and the man and woman were treated at the scene by the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) and the Coastguard.
A man’s injuries are serious but not life-threatening.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
