A 62-year-old lorry driver was arrested in connection with the incident but has since been released under investigation.

North Wales Police has launched a full investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash and are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

Mr Williams was described as a “beloved” son, brother and father of three.

His family said: “Words cannot describe how devastated we are, and your family and friends will miss you dearly.”
