The two best friends with the same leukaemia cancer diagnosis

Seven-year-old Betsy and five year-old Lacie live less than a mile apart in Bridgend and go to the same school.

But they did not meet until April 2023 when they were both diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) just three weeks apart.

Since then both the girls and their parents have become like family.
