Scottish travel influencer has vanished in Morocco | UK News

A Scottish travel influencer has vanished in Morocco.

Rachel Kerr, 31, has not been in contact with loved ones since checking out of her hotel in Agadir on Saturday and her phone is switched off.

Her family has issued an urgent appeal for help.

Posting on Facebook, Ms Kerr’s cousin Claire Hill said: “We’re very concerned for her welfare and appealing for any information on her whereabouts or who she may be in contact with out there.”

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) said it is supporting the family.

Ms Kerr, who has more than 9,000 Instagram and 6,000 Facebook followers, frequently posts travel content and has disappeared during a work trip to the coastal city.

She was last known to be staying at Caribbean Village Agador.

Her last post on social media came on 13 April, in which she posed on a bed with the caption “la marinaaaa”.
