Rapid reaction: Could a measles outbreak in London affect me?

Figures regularly published by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) show that cases of measles in England have been rising since the start of 2026. Since 1 January 2026, there have been a total of 158 laboratory-confirmed cases of measles reported in England, with 66% (104) in London and 21% (33) in the West Midlands.
