Mae’r cynhyrchiad yn un amserol hefyd, meddai Donnelly, sy’n teimlo bod y byd yn “hollti” o’n cwmpas.
“Da ni mewn rhyw foment, dwi’n meddwl, lle da ni’n archwilio be’ ydy arweinyddiaeth, be’ ydy pwrpas cymuned yn ein bywydau dydd i ddydd, a pa fath o weledigaeth sydd gennym ni ar gyfer dyfodol ein gwlad ac ein byd?
“Ac wrth gwrs, mae mynd yn ôl i hanes yn gallu bod yn addysgol iawn yn hynny o beth.”
Ychwanegodd: “Mae hefyd meddwl am weledigaeth Glyndŵr i Gymru yn ddiddorol yn y cyd-destun sydd ohoni, a felly dwi’n meddwl mae archwilio pŵer, arweinyddiaeth a sut mae cymuned yn ymdopi o dan heriau, fel oedd cymuned Glyndwr, efo lot o gwestiynau felly yn cael eu codi ar gyfer Cymru, ar gyfer y byd heddiw.”
Mae Owain & Henry yng Nghanolfan Mileniwm Cymru o 5-28 Tachwedd.
