A Belfast man who disappeared from an airport in Paris has been found alive, his family has confirmed.

Robert Kincaid, 38, is receiving emergency medical treatment in hospital but “he’s going to be okay”, a family member has said.

He was due to get a connecting flight to Dublin from Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris on Thursday 17 July, after working on an oil rig in Benin, west Africa.

The last time Robert previously spoke to his family was after he missed his flight that evening – behaviour which his father had said was “out of character”.
