Hollywood actor Michael Sheen has been talking about co-writing his first book for children, called A Home for Spark the Dragon.

Spark, who “had to be a red dragon”, according to Sheen, has his nest destroyed in a storm and needs to find somewhere else to live.

“I thought this was a really great opportunity to be able to address issues around what the home is and homelessness,” says Sheen from Port Talbot, who has campaigned on the issue.

“When Spark does eventually find a house, a new house, it doesn’t work for him to begin with, he’s scared, something’s not right.

“And it’s all his friends who come together in the community, who make that house into a home for him, give him the support he needs, so that he can be happy there.”
