Meet a Fred fanatic who has been collecting the baking mascot memorabilia for 55 years and has thousands of items.
Val, 78, from Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, first started her collection when her daughter Nicola was born in 1969.
Her beloved collection ranges from aprons and measuring spoons, to clocks and piggy banks.
Val plans to pass down the niche memorabilia to her grandchildren, hoping it will continue to grow for generations to come.
