A man who raped a woman in an Aberdeen churchyard has been jailed for seven years.
Sean Wyness, 34, was found guilty after a trial at the High Court in Aberdeen.
Police had been called to St Clements Church in the early hours of Sunday 15 May, 2022.
Wyness was given a nine-year extended sentence – with seven years in prison and two years of further supervision.
