A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a 16-year-old girl in a Dundee car park.
Ryan Masters from Dundee made no plea during a brief hearing in private at Dundee Sheriff Court.
Prosecutors allege he raped the girl in the Cowgate area of Dundee on 10 November.
Mr Masters was granted bail with the special conditions that he stays out of Dundee city centre, does not approach or contact the complainer and remains indoors from 19:00 to 07:00 each day.
