Man charged with possessing indecent images of children

A man has been charged with possessing indecent images of children, the Metropolitan Police has said.

Vincent Chan, 45, has been accused of 15 offences against nine girls.

He has been charged with nine counts of taking an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child and six counts of acts of outraging public decency.

Chan, of Stanhope Avenue, Finchley, is in custody and is expected to appear at Wood Green Crown Court on Monday, police said.
