Man, 19, killed and three injured in Inverurie crash

A 19-year-old man has been killed in a crash on the outskirts of Inverurie in Aberdeenshire.

The incident happened about 15:20 on Saturday on the B9001 road, just outside the village. A grey Citroen C2 and a white Range Rover Sport were involved.

The driver of the Citroen was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 20-year-old female passenger of the Citroen, as well as the 60-year-old female driver and 64-year-old male passenger of the Range Rover, were taken to hospital where all are in a stable condition.
