Lucy Owen on how her mum ignored test and got cancer

BBC Wales presenter Lucy Owen and her mum Patsy Cohen discuss Patsy’s regrets over ignoring her bowel cancer screening offer.

Patsy had bowel cancer surgery three years ago, after ignoring the home test kits she had received over the years.

Bowel cancer is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK.

Lucy and her mother are now encouraging everyone to grab each opportunity for early cancer diagnosis.
