Insomnia: How to deal with sleep deprivation

Insomnia is relatively common, with about one in 10 adults suffering from sleep deprivation.

Causes can include stress and anxiety, too much caffeine or alcohol, or uncomfortable beds.

Some people seek professional help, with cognitive behaviour therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) being one course of action.

BBC Wales’ Erin Sharrocks looks at some of the causes of insomnia, and considers when it might be time to see a doctor.
