How Cuban-Americans feel about Raúl Castro’s indictment

Cuban-Americans in Miami are looking at the US indictment issued against Cuba’s former president Raúl Castro with hope but also trepidation. A similar course of events took place with Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro before his capture by US forces in January.

The US has charged the 94-year-old former Cuban leader with conspiracy to kill US nationals and other crimes over the 1996 downing of two planes between Cuba and Florida.
