Fermanagh: Woman in her 20s dies in Derrylin crash

A woman in her 20s has died following a crash in Derrylin, County Fermanagh.

Police said happened on the Ballyconnell Road shortly after 22:50 GMT.

The single-vehicle collision involved a silver Vauxhall Astra.

PSNI Insp Cherith Adair said: “Sadly, a passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The other occupants of the vehicle were taken to hospital for treatment to non-life-threatening injuries.

The road has since reopened, and police say enquiries are ongoing.
