Emily Scarratt on importance of female coaches in rugby union

England’s record points scorer Emily Scarratt tells BBC Sport’s Sara Orchard that “we need to do a better job” of getting women into coaching roles.

Scarratt has joined the Red Roses’ coaching team as lead attack and backs coach for the 2026 Women’s Six Nations.
