Mae dyn wedi ei gyhuddo o lofruddio menyw 48 oed.
Cafodd yr heddlu eu galw yn dilyn adroddiadau am bryder am les dau o bobl mewn eiddo yng Nghefn Cribwr, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr am 21:15 ar 18 Ebrill.
Ar ôl iddyn nhw gyrraedd yr eiddo fe wnaethon nhw ganfod corff Tracey Davies. Mae ei theulu wedi cael gwybod.
Cafodd Michael Davies, 56 o Gefn Cribwr, ei arestio ac mae bellach wedi ei gyhuddo o lofruddiaeth.
Bydd yn ymddangos yn Llys Ynadon Caerdydd fore Llun.
Dywedodd y Ditectif Arolygydd Claire Lamerton, o’r tîm ymchwiliadau troseddol mawr: “Mae hwn wedi bod yn ddigwyddiad sydd wedi achosi tipyn o straen i’r gymuned yng Nghefn Cribwr.
“Mae ein meddyliau yn parhau gyda theulu a ffrindiau Tracey.”
Fe wnaeth hi gadarnhau nad yw’r llu yn chwilio am unrhyw un arall mewn cysylltiad â’r digwyddiad.
