Roedd gan Gymru gyfle i ychwanegu at y sgôr, ond arbedodd Orjan Nyland ymdrech Josh Sheehan, cyn i Norwy bwyso’n galed yn y munudau olaf.
Peniodd Erling Haaland bêl Marcus Pedersen yn syth at Danny Ward, cyn i Jørgen Strand Larsen fethu’r targed yn hwyr yn y gêm.
Llwyddodd tîm Craig Bellamy i ddal eu gafael ar y fantais tan y chwiban olaf, gan sicrhau buddugoliaeth bwysig o flaen torf yng Nghaerdydd.
Roedd Norwy wedi dechrau’r gêm yn safle 18 yn y byd, 20 safle’n uwch na Chymru, ac mae’r canlyniad yn dod ar ôl cyfnod o bwysau ar Bellamy i gael ymateb gan ei dîm.
Bydd Cymru nawr yn paratoi ar gyfer gêm gartref arall yn erbyn Denmarc ddydd Sul, gan obeithio adeiladu ar y canlyniad hwn.
