Cyclist, 74, dies five days after crash with car

A 74-year-old cyclist has died five days after he was involved in a collision with a car.

The crash happened on Polnoon Street in Eaglesham, East Renfrewshire, at about 10:00 on Thursday 16 January.

The cyclist, who has not been named, was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. Police said he died on Tuesday.
