Cornwall have announced a dual registration partnership with Championship side London Broncos.

It means development players from the Broncos will be available to play for Cornwall in the 2025 League 1 season.

“Not only can we give some game time to some of their players, but there are some really good quality players who we know could be available,” Choughs head coach Mike Abbott told the official club website., external

“They’re a really well-coached side with Super League experience, so we’re lucky to get players from that environment and experience from the club.”

In the statement, Cornwall called it “a strong collaboration between both clubs” with “the best interests of the sport in the south” in mind.

The partnership also has an agreement that senior Broncos such as new signings Matty Ross and Aaron Small, both formerly of Cornwall, could return to play in black and yellow colours “should the opportunity present itself”.
