‘Cheese rolling is like climbing down a cliff’

Gloucestershire’s annual cheese rolling race is one that leaves many competitors with bruises, sprains and breaks.

It takes place on the incredibly steep Cooper’s Hill near Brockworth, and winners walk away with a giant cheese.

Chris Anderson, who broke his ankle when he first won, has given the BBC’s Andy Howard his tips for success.

This year’s event takes place on Monday and you can follow the event with a live stream here on the BBC News website.
