Car passenger dies in crash with parked vehicle in Port Glasgow

Officers investigating the circumstances of the crash have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

Ch Insp David Doherty said: “Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who died.

“As our inquiries continue, we urge anyone who was in the area of Clune Brae and either witnessed the crash or has any information that may assist our investigation to contact us.

“Anyone with dash-cam or personal footage is asked to review it and please get in touch if it contains anything relevant to our investigation.”
