Cambridgeshire Police track hare coursing suspects through fields

Four men led police officers – responding to reports of hare coursing – on a chase through fields, before being captured with the help of a helicopter.

The men had dogs and were pursued by police to Graveley, near St Neots in Cambridgeshire.

A vehicle was seized and all four were detained and reported for summons.

Cambridgeshire Police said hare coursing was a “priority” for the force.
