Mae Carwyn hefyd yn teimlo balchder bod tîm o’r gogledd wedi hawlio’r gwpan o’r diwedd.
“Mae Nant Conwy RFC ‘di bod yma dair gwaith o’r blaen a wedi bod mor agos bob amsar, a wedyn s’nam un clwb o’r gogledd ‘di curo o’r blaen,” meddai.
“A dyma tro cynta’ Caernarfon i gyrraedd y ffeinal so dwi’n meddwl bydd hynna’n rhoi ‘chydig fwy o barch at dimau yn y gogledd gobeithio.”
Yn ôl Carwyn roedd cefnogaeth y cofis a ddaeth i Stadiwm Principality yng Nghaerdydd yn hwb enfawr.
“Roeddan nhw wedi gwerthu tua 700 o docynnau ond pan oedda chdi ar y cae oedd o’n teimlo fel bod y stadiwm yn llawn.
“Ddaru nhw ganu Calon Lân yn yr hannar cynta ac o’n i bron iawn angen stopio a troi rownd a jest gwatsiad nhw.
“Oedd hwnna yn briliant a wedyn y gweiddi – y Cofis i gyd yn gweiddi ar y diwedd!”
