A man and a teenage boy have been arrested on suspicion of murder over a fatal crash in North Kensington.
Kariem Abdelhalim, 24, who was riding an e-bike, was found seriously injured in the early hours of 25 September and died at the scene, the Metropolitan Police said.
Detectives believe he was being chased by a moped. They have appealed for witnesses to come forward with information to help them build up a picture of what happened.
A 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on Monday and remain in police custody.
