Body found in search for missing swimmer at Long Loch

The body of a missing swimmer has been recovered from a loch in Angus.

Police said that the man’s body was found at about 21:00 on Sunday from Long Loch near Muirhead.

Officers said the discovery of the man, who has not been named, was made following a multi-agency search.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said the death was not being treated as suspicious.
