Jasmin Paris – who made history by becoming the first woman to finish one of the world’s hardest ultramarathons – has described her final dash to the finish line.
She completed the notorious Barkley Marathons in Tennessee just one minute and 39 seconds before the 60-hour cut-off.
Only 20 people have ever made it to the end of the race within the allotted time since it was extended to 100 miles in 1989.
